Q : How quickly will my item be dispatched?

A : Items are normally dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving your order (Monday to Friday) and once cleared payment has been received. 

 

 

Q : What service will you use to send me my item?

A : All signed books and unframed items of signed memorabilia are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery to addresses in the UK Mainland and will require a signature on delivery. We will e-mail you once your order has been dispatched. All framed items will be dispatched to you via our courier.

 

 

Q : What if I am not home when Royal Mail or the Couriers try to deliver?

A : If you are not home when Royal Mail try to deliver your item they will pop a card through your door to tell you that they have tried to make your delivery, you simply need to follow the instructions on the card they leave to obtain your item. This normally means collecting it from your local Royal Mail office where they have taken the item to for safe keeping. This will be pretty much the same with the courier service on framed items, they will leave a card, and this will give you details of how to re-arrange delivery of your item.

 

 

Q : How will my item be packaged to prevent it getting damaged on its way to me?

A : All items are very well packaged and then placed in an outer box or well boarded and protected in the case of unframed items so that they reach you in the same condition that they leave us. We are collectors too and know the importance of you receiving an un-damaged item. Q : How much will delivery be if I live outside of the UK Mainland?

A : All items vary in size and weight, therefore it is impossible to say without getting a correct quote from Royal Mail or our courier. If you are interested in a particular item simply contact us with your delivery address and we will get back to you with a actual cost for shipping. We will only charge you exactly what we get charged ourselves.
